Average Quality, but Great Price September 13, 2008
This item, is not the best you could buy (or possibly buy) but the main reason I choose this one is because the sides plastic support, you know the part that is mounted over the car, thats really the best design, but the item lacks a really important feature, that is move the bar along the support.
