Great creeper for the price; Gets the job done! September 19, 2008

I found myself with a lot of unexpected work to do underneath my Z car that hadn't been running for almost 10 years. I struggled for a while just sliding around on the garage floor which was awful and then decided to visit Amazon again after a long hiatus to see if they had anything economical for someone like me who isn't a mechanic but will crawl under a car now and then anyway. And found this wooden creeper for a great price, and decided to try it. The finish is really rough and sloppy looking. It's nothing pretty to look at. But what counts is the solid and thick wood surface that's sturdy to support my weight, and that's just the right size and height for mechanical work in the garage, smooth durable wheels which make maneuvering around a breeze. It could look smoother but for the money, it's more than met my expectations. Couldn't be happier. I'm saving at least $1000 on the work I'm doing by doing it myself, so paying for a creeper to make my life easier is like a drop in a bucket.
